Two ideas, propelled by their Kickboxers, have reached the end of the journey and won the GoldBox. After working for several months on the desirability, viability, feasibility, and strategic alignment of their ideas with POST, the Kickboxers have convinced several department heads and directors of the potential of their ideas. They have received the green light to move on to the implementation phase of their solution.
Sendplify
Minh-Hoang Nguyen aims to launch a mobile application to help with message writing. Even though this application is not necessarily intended to be commercialized under the POST brand, Minh has convinced several sponsors who have encouraged him to continue towards the realization of his idea.
Sendplify is a virtual assistant to help with the drafting of electronic messages, both formal and informal, depending on the situation and recipient. It can be daily messages, such as booking a restaurant or notifying of a delay, or more specific messages, such as a death announcement or a job application. The application, which emphasizes both collective and artificial intelligence, allows users to share and reuse different easily customizable templates. It is the ideal solution for busy people, those unfamiliar with the usual formulas of administrative procedures, or those uncomfortable in certain languages.
Where is your project now?
I have obtained the support of 2 directors, but it remains to be defined whether the company will participate in financing the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and to what extent.
Depending on the allocated budget, I will continue to develop the application with an external provider. Initially, Sendplify will only be available on the App Store, and it will integrate the ChatGPT tool from the beginning. In my opinion, Sendplify will create social connections and knowledge by allowing contributors to provide practical templates to help other users, for which they will be recognized as authors in addition to being paid. But if you are looking for a template that does not exist yet, it will be automatically created by artificial intelligence through ChatGPT.
The ultimate goal would be for Sendplify to anticipate the customer's needs. Imagine that your app detects that you are still on your way to work at 8:45 am and have a meeting at 9 am. It could generate a delay message and automatically offer to send it to the organizer.
