At the beginning of this new academic year, the KICKBOX team took the opportunity to congratulate its young graduates who have successfully completed the Redbox phase. The team celebrated the achievements of their first 5 Kickboxers who received their certificate of completion from Pierre Zimmer, the Deputy Director in charge of innovation.
The Redbox phase focused on providing the participants with a range of intrapreneurial skills over a period of two months. These skills include exploring problems using "Lean Start-up" methods, designing solutions with clear value propositions, developing clear concepts and business models, pitching their ideas to convince customers and sponsors, and taking full responsibility for their ideas, including budget and stakeholder management.
For most of these participants, these actions were not part of their daily routine. However, they all took up the challenge, convinced of the validity of their approach and emerged from the program stronger and better equipped with intrapreneurial skills.
The Redbox phase is a critical component of the KICKBOX program, which aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to tackle innovation challenges within their organizations. The program seeks to empower young professionals to become intrapreneurs and drive change from within, and the Redbox phase is a testament to the success of this approach.
The KICKBOX team congratulates the Redbox graduates and wishes them all the best in their future intrapreneurial endeavors. We believe that they will continue to make an impact in their respective organizations and contribute to the growth and success of their businesses.
